Meet Dr. Sandra Crewe

Sandra is a transformation life coach, an HR practitioner with a passion for people development, a trainer, and an author.

Having worked in human resources management and development for over a decade in the public sector, she became particularly interested in researching leadership and human resources issues in the healthcare services.

Sandra completed her Masters in Human Resource Management at Murdoch University in Perth Western Australia, immediately followed by her doctoral degree. Her research focused on leadership in healthcare services, because of her interest in nursing leadership and its impact on nurse retention. She discovered how personal identity and the power to influence of positive behaviour in the workplace could result in desirable outcomes. During this journey, Sandra published in academic journals and conference proceedings, contributing to research in human resource management, leadership, paradox mindset, and identity.

After completing her PhD, Sandra continues to aspire to contribute to people development as a practitioner and online transformation life coach. Sandra has embarked on fulfilling her passion in the personal development segment doing online coaching one-to-one and in groups. She believes this aligns directly with her calling and greater purpose, to maximise her impact, to make a difference in the lives of her clients, to succeed in everything she sets her mind on to ultimately fulfil her dreams.
